Junior Graphic Designer

 

Tradeblock is the #1 Sneaker Trading Platform and Community. We are looking for a junior graphic designer to join our growing marketing team to assist with conceiving and delivering design assets across our digital marketing touchpoints from social media to email and our website.

 

We're looking for an individual who's passionate about design and visual communication to help us tell our brand story. We want a self-starter who’s unafraid to share their ideas and push us to further develop our brand and to help manage all creative assets.

Responsibilities

  • Design graphics and visual solutions for our digital media channels including but not limited to our social media, website, and email

  • Collaborate with our design and marketing team and contractors more broadly

  • Generate multiple concepts and develop designs that help grow and amplify our brand to new and existing members

  • Apply our brand standards to design execution and explore and extend our existing design system

  • Concept, iterate, deliver, and maintain a library of assets and templates for internal and external use that extend our brand

  • Research and stay up to date on emerging design trends

 

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience working as a graphic designer in-house or with an agency

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communication design, or similar major

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite  — Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

  • A self-starter who has the ability to work individually or collaboratively in a team setting

  • Ability to effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced environment moving between project to project

  • High level of professionalism with strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Organized with a strong attention to design details

Nice to have​

  • Experience with UX/UI design tools (Figma or Sketch)

  • Familiarity with the Tradeblock brand

  • Passion for sneakers or a sneakerhead
